Horse Boarding & Leasing

We are able to offer a variety of different boarding packages based on individual needs and horse requirements.  

Facilities

Large pens are enclosed with electric fencing usually 30' by 250'.  The pens have shelter and all pens have water available. We have individual steel turn out pens 30' by 30'.

We have one indoor and 2 outdoor riding arenas as well as a round pen that are available for use, but boarders must remember that booked lessons take priority.  

We have 6 box stalls available (10' x 11') containing rubber matting.  As well, tie stalls are also available.

Boarding

Regular Board: $320 per month.
This includes large turn out with other horses or small turn out in individual pens.
Horses are expected to stay outside at night unless special arrangements are made.  
All horses are fed twice a day, usually a grass hay, but this can vary according to market conditions. Access to a locked tack room is also available, as well as storage for trailers.
The owners are responsible for worming and extra costs. 

Inclusive Board: $400 per month
All of the above + includes farrier (no shoes) / worming / vaccination

Inside Board: $500 per month 
All of the above + Individual pen + horse will be brought in every night + blanketed as needed 

Or, do it yourself: $200
You supply the feed and do the work.  

Leasing a horse    

Full lease: $310+ GST a month
Horse (may/may not be used in a lesson program as well if necessary for the horse) 
The horse may attend shows with the instructor
The renter is responsible for farrier / worming / vaccination costs
Includes Tack

Full Lease with farrier / worming / vaccination costs included: $400 + GST per month
