Our Philosophy
Laura Williams, the owner and riding coach at Carousel Riders, is a lifelong teacher (retired from Prairie South School Division) and animal lover who built the school with her husband as a co-operative, community-driven riding centre. At Carousel Riders, students actively help care for the animals - building character, forging friendships, and learning appreciation and respect for themselves and for others.
Our Location
We are located 2.5 km west of the end of the runway of CFB Moose Jaw.
Beginning at Caribou Street, proceed west to Caribou Street West and 32nd Avenue.
Proceed south, crossing over Hwy 363 and watch for the cream-coloured arena with green trim on east side.
We are located 6.4 km south of Caribou Street West or 2.7 km south of Hwy 363.
Our Community
"One of the best things about Carousel Riders is the help we've gotten over the years," said Laura Williams. "We wouldn't be able to keep going without help from students and parents and friends, and I'll always be grateful for that."
Building a group of people who know and care for each other and for the horses at the farm has always been our main focus.
